Salary: $85,000–$100,000 annual base salary

What you will do
- Manage a book of low- to mid-touch accounts, building trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead enterprise onboarding and platform configuration, ensuring successful setup within 90 days.
- Facilitate live training sessions and workflow walkthroughs to drive early product adoption.
- Analyze usage patterns and customer feedback to identify friction points and improve product ROI.
- Develop mitigation plans for at-risk accounts in partnership with internal teams.
- Support renewal and expansion efforts in collaboration with the Sales department.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, onboarding, or SaaS operations.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships in a metrics-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills with experience in delivering customer presentations.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and automation tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
