TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Woburn, MA (Hybrid)

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 annual base salary

What you will do

  • Manage a book of low- to mid-touch accounts, building trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead enterprise onboarding and platform configuration, ensuring successful setup within 90 days.
  • Facilitate live training sessions and workflow walkthroughs to drive early product adoption.
  • Analyze usage patterns and customer feedback to identify friction points and improve product ROI.
  • Develop mitigation plans for at-risk accounts in partnership with internal teams.
  • Support renewal and expansion efforts in collaboration with the Sales department.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, onboarding, or SaaS operations.
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills with experience in delivering customer presentations.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and automation tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
