What you will do

• Manage paid acquisition channels including Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and Google.
• Plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns to drive efficient growth.
• Execute campaign builds and bid adjustments to improve performance against KPIs such as CPI, ROAS, and LTV.
• Monitor campaign performance, surface insights, and identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct A/B tests across ad creatives and campaign configurations.
• Prepare regular performance reports to guide future investment decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing.
• Proven experience managing paid social and paid search channels.
• Strong experimentation mindset with a focus on driving meaningful impact.
• Solid understanding of conversion tracking across mobile and web platforms.
• Ability to work directly with performance data and analytics tools to evaluate results.
• Must be based in-person at the NYC HQ.
