What you will do

• Drive revenue and profitability for all government channels, including the Veterans Administration and Department of Defense.
• Set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Manage and develop a high-performing sales leadership team.
• Collaborate with R&D, product management, and operations to align product offerings with customer needs.
• Strategically manage product placement and launch cadences within government contract categories.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify and implement sales process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the hearing industry.
• Minimum 3 years of full P&L responsibility.
• Detailed knowledge of hearing aid products and software.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel 25–30% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
