What you will do

• Develop and implement effective public policy strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Direct policy analysis of legislation, regulations, and stakeholder priorities to assess business impact.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with legal, compliance, and product teams to develop policy recommendations.
• Manage relationships with critical external stakeholders, including regulatory and industry organizations.
• Translate strategic goals into operational plans and develop external messaging for advocacy and public affairs.
• Lead and mentor a team of four direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in public policy and operations.
• At least 5 years of experience in a people leadership role.
• Strong understanding of policy development, operations management, and strategic planning.
• Exceptional written and oral communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be based in the United States.
