What you will do

• Provide strategic and operational oversight for all outpatient imaging sites and call center operations.
• Manage and develop a large team of approximately 300 members, including Clinical Managers and Supervisors.
• Drive financial performance and productivity through workflow optimization and data analysis.
• Enhance patient, physician, and referring provider satisfaction through proactive relationship management.
• Partner with technology teams and vendors to advance imaging technology initiatives and clinical service offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (preferred); Master's degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of progressive healthcare management experience.
• Proven track record of leading large teams, performance management, and succession planning.
• Advanced knowledge of radiology operations, RIS/PACS systems, and healthcare regulations.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
