TL;DR

Senior Manager, Sales (Fintech): Leading a team of Regional Sales Managers to drive new business for the PrecisionLender platform with an accent on consultative selling and executive relationship management. Focus on coaching, strategic deal analysis, and aligning technical solutions with the needs of financial institution executives.

Location: Must be based in Austin, TX (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Manage and mentor a team of Regional Sales Managers to achieve bookings quotas and pipeline coverage.
  • Provide sales coaching on needs assessment, presentation differentiation, and price negotiations.
  • Engage with top financial institution executives to build trust and position hirify.global products effectively.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Inside Sales to develop targeted lead generation programs.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other automation tools to manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Lead by example through co-selling and active participation in strategic deal reviews.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of sales experience, or advanced degree with 6+ years of experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience managing and developing sales teams.
  • Deep experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, 6Sense, Gong, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

  • CPA or CFA licensing.
  • Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT in a sales context.
