Salary: $106,250 - $131,250 (Base)

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Inside Account Executives focused on Sitefinity solutions across North America.
  • Drive execution of pipeline generation, deal hirify.globalion, and revenue attainment (net new and expansion).
  • Own and deliver accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts while ensuring CRM (Salesforce) hygiene.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Partner teams to ensure strong GTM alignment.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top inside sales talent, providing coaching on discovery and deal strategy.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to refine sales strategy for the North America market.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience, ideally in inside or high-velocity SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to exceed quota across new business and expansion revenue.
  • Strong experience in pipeline management, forecasting, and sales process discipline.
  • Hands-on experience managing teams within a complex product line and sales cycle.
  • Must be based in the US and able to work hybrid in Burlington, MA.
  • Experience selling CMS, DX platforms, or enterprise software solutions preferred.
