Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)

Compensation: $168,200 – $269,900 USD (based on US location zones)

What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle executive searches for VP, SVP, and proactive roles globally.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to C-suite hiring managers on organizational needs and talent vision.
  • Design and execute bespoke search strategies, including market mapping and target company lists.
  • Manage concurrent confidential searches with rigorous discretion and timeline discipline.
  • Develop executive talent market reports covering compensation trends and supply/demand dynamics.
  • Elevate the executive employer brand through strategic narratives and industry networking.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of recruiting experience, with 5+ years placing VP+ level leaders at high-growth technology companies.
  • Expert-level command of executive sourcing strategies and research methodologies.
  • Deep fluency in executive compensation structures, including equity programs and long-term incentives.
  • Proven ability to advise C-suite stakeholders as a trusted thought partner.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting across global markets.
  • Background in enterprise B2B SaaS, vertical SaaS, or field service software.
  • Prior retained search firm experience.
  • Experience partnering on C-1 succession planning processes.
