What you will do

• Define and execute the multi-year Power Semiconductor R&D strategy and technology roadmap.
• Lead an integrated global R&D organization including chip/device R&D, packaging, and the PMO.
• Strengthen the global R&D operating model and engineering effectiveness through scalable processes.
• Own end-to-end new product development from concept through high-volume production release.
• Partner with Product Management, Operations, and Quality to ensure manufacturing readiness and yield performance.
• Build, develop, and retain top global engineering talent while fostering a culture of innovation.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related fields.
• 15+ years of experience in semiconductor or power electronics R&D.
• Proven success leading large, global engineering organizations across multiple sites.
• Strong understanding of power semiconductor device technologies, fabrication, and packaging.
• Demonstrated ability to drive complex development programs with predictable execution.
• Must be based in Germany for this virtual role.
