What you will do

• Perform bonding and fine soldering operations on small components.
• Execute fine wire shaping and forming tasks using magnifying devices.
• Operate test equipment including environmental chambers and voltmeters.
• Apply sealants and coatings according to technical specifications.
• Interpret assembly drawings, diagrams, and schematics to guide production.
• Participate in daily continuous improvement activities using Lean Manufacturing principles.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Apex, NC.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Steady hands and high dexterity for work under a microscope.
• Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Willingness to follow established procedures and safety regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience with fine detailing under a microscope.
• Experience soldering gold wire.
• Prior experience with ERP system navigation.
