What you will do

• Process reference sensors, air detectors, and non-sensing devices for core and OEM analyzers.
• Perform routine assembly using epoxies, solvents, chemicals, and small hand tools.
• Operate dispensing equipment, UV adhesive systems, ultrasonic welders, laser coders, soldering irons, and leak testers.
• Follow assembly procedures, engineering drawings, verbal instructions, and manufacturing documentation.
• Meet quality standards and production schedules while maintaining high product yields.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and management teams and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school or trade school diploma.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience, including experience building small assemblies.
• Experience working with epoxies and related assembly materials and using small hand tools.
• Good math, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Ability to work on-site in Waltham, Massachusetts, stand and move for extended periods, lift up to 25–50 pounds, and use required PPE.
