What you will do

• Assemble electronic components by working from complex engineering drawings and instructions.
• Perform inspection and test procedures to verify work quality and operational integrity.
• Troubleshoot hardware problems to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
• Maintain accurate receiving records and job files in accordance with manufacturing standards.
• Utilize specialized tools including soldering equipment and microscopes.
• Participate in continuous improvement processes and assist in training team members.

Requirements

• 3 years minimum experience as a production operator or equivalent.
• Ability to interpret complex drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in soldering and using microscopes for precision assembly.
• Must be able to work onsite in Johnson City, TN.
• Must be a U.S. person capable of accessing export-controlled information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written work instructions.
