What you will do
- Identify, evaluate, recruit, and onboard referral, reseller, system integrator, and consulting partners, including training and contractual alignment.
- Drive partner enablement through product training and joint go-to-market initiatives; support partners in building pipeline and opportunities.
- Co-sell with partners and manage selected strategic sales cycles from qualification to closure with partner involvement.
- Own partner relationship management as the single point of contact in the region and coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Legal) to support partner needs.
- Set quarterly business goals and joint action plans; track partner performance metrics and provide regular reporting and insights to management.
- Plan and execute joint marketing activities, campaigns, and partner events; localize and communicate the value proposition for regional enterprise clients.
Requirements
- English: Fluent (spoken and written)
- Korean: Strong writing and presentation skills (both in Korean and English)
- 10+ years of sales and partner management experience in a global software or IT services company.
- Experience with software support services, managed services, or third-party support models.
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders and consistently exceed quotas.
- Comfort working with CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce).
