Location: Remote (USA). Ability to travel within assigned regions is required.

What you will do
- Identify, onboard, and train new partners, including agents, resellers, and integrators, across Central, West, and East regions.
- Drive revenue growth by supporting partners in identifying and closing sales opportunities.
- Create and execute joint business plans tailored to regional market trends.
- Deliver comprehensive product training on SIP Trunking, Hosted PBX, SD-WAN, MPLS, and Internet Access.
- Monitor partner performance and manage pipelines to ensure KPIs and forecast accuracy are met.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to maintain alignment and ensure partner growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in telecom channel or partner sales.
- Proven track record of developing and managing regional partner ecosystems.
- Strong technical knowledge of SIP Trunking, Hosted PBX, SD-WAN, MPLS, and Internet Access.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with or similar carrier programs.
- Familiarity with CLEC/ILEC distribution models.
- Expertise in cloud and advanced connectivity solutions.
