What you will do

• Serve as the primary sales lead and own the overall business relationship with Target.
• Develop and execute annual and quarterly account plans to achieve revenue and profit objectives.
• Lead demand forecasting, inventory management, and promotional planning activities.
• Partner with global product teams to drive strategic retail initiatives and exclusive product launches.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and present strategic updates to senior leadership.
• Manage trade investment administration and ensure operational excellence across the account.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in consumer electronics, gaming, or retail sales/account management.
• Proven experience managing mass retail channel accounts, with a strong preference for prior Target experience.
• Strong understanding of retail merchandising, forecasting, and supply chain coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives.
• Analytical mindset with strong business planning and financial management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
