What you will do

• Own product-level AI solution design and delivery in collaboration with the AI Architect.
• Build RAG pipelines using EHR data, claims, and clinical text via embeddings and vector search.
• Develop, fine-tune, and evaluate LLMs and classical ML models with robust guardrails.
• Establish and operate MLOps infrastructure, including experiment tracking, CI/CD, and drift monitoring.
• Manage reliability, security, and cost of AI services, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Mentor engineers and data scientists through code reviews and reproducible experiments.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years delivering AI/ML solutions in production.
• 2+ years of experience leading AI/ML initiatives or teams.
• Proven healthcare domain experience in clinical or revenue cycle management settings.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI/Anthropic models, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face, Azure AI platform, and SQL Server.
