What you will do

• Set the technical direction for complex ML projects and guide team priorities.
• Design and maintain scalable ML and software systems while justifying architectural decisions.
• Define project problems, develop roadmaps, and oversee delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Drive the development of shared resources and libraries across the organization.
• Lead hiring processes and mentor engineers to foster team growth.
• Act as a technical expert and coach for customers, managing large work-streams and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

• Must be based in London
• Technical expertise in Python and operationalizing models using Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Expertise in at least one major Cloud Solution Provider (Azure, GCP, or AWS).
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Proven experience leading teams to build full-stack web applications.
• Strong communication skills to guide both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
