What you will do

• Explore solutions to research problems across multiple domains using classical ML, statistical methods, and large language models.
• Work independently and in collaboration to prototype ideas and run research initiatives.
• Integrate ML models into the broader software stack with production deployment in mind.
• Optimize solutions for deployment across varied environments, including edge devices.
• Optimize for low latency and minimal memory usage.

Requirements

• PhD or master’s degree in machine learning (or related discipline) or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Python machine learning libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn.
• Deep understanding of large language models and applications (e.g., transfer learning, embeddings, generative usage, agentic functionality).
• Ability to work autonomously and make independent decisions while collaborating effectively in a team.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic tooling such as LangGraph, LangChain, and smolagents, plus supporting infrastructure (MCP servers, vector databases, memory components, ontologies).
• Experience with cloud AI services such as AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, Vertex AI, and Copilot Studio.
• Comfort with Linux and Git.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and threats relevant to AI systems.
