Location: Must be based in New York, NY

Salary: $89,000 – $136,800

What you will do

  • Execute people development processes including leadership pipeline reviews and performance management.
  • Analyze large employment datasets to inform people-focused decision-making.
  • Partner with functional HCM colleagues to deliver recruiting, training, and global mobility solutions.
  • Manage divisional transactions in Oracle, including transfers and terminations.
  • Advise senior business stakeholders on hiring, organizational design, and employee engagement.
  • Monitor headcount and hiring targets while partnering with recruiting on offer structuring.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree with 2 years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience in HR, Psychology, Business, or related analytical fields.
  • Experience advising senior stakeholders on people topics and organizational design.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute global compensation and full-cycle performance management.
  • Proficiency in people analytics using Excel, Tableau, and Anaplan.
  • Experience with mass data manipulation including vlookups, pivot tables, and compensation modeling.
  • Must be based in New York, NY.
