Salary: $165,400 – $248,200 USD

What you will do

• Partner with Product and Design leaders to advise on organizational design and team structure during rapid growth.
• Coach leaders through complex organizational decisions and provide direct feedback to raise leadership standards.
• Drive performance and accountability by partnering with managers on feedback and development processes.
• Handle employee relations matters with sound judgment and empathy.
• Develop a deep understanding of technical team operations to provide context-aware guidance.
• Help leaders navigate shifting priorities and evolving organizational structures.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in a People Business Partner role, ideally supporting Product, Design, or Engineering teams.
• Proven ability to build credibility with technical leaders and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong judgment and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Experience with organizational design, performance management, and scaling teams.
• High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills for sensitive situations.
• Must be able to work from the San Francisco office at least three days per week.
