What you will do

• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to bring new features to market and prioritize customer requirements.
• Lead the design, deployment, and successful usage of payment solutions for mid-sized customers and partners.
• Serve as the primary technical and functional specialist for integration engagements.
• Manage the entire delivery lifecycle, including training, configuration testing, and launch support.
• Break down project objectives into manageable tasks and guide internal and external resources.
• Travel to customer and partner locations (20-30%) to facilitate implementation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience in IT and software delivery.
• Strong understanding of network principles, design, and financial services networks.
• Hands-on experience with software development and writing production code.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues at network, database, and application levels.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust with global partners and stakeholders.
• Must be able to work in-office 10+ days a month for collaboration.
