TL;DR

Sales Director (Retail & CPG): Driving new business and expanding strategic relationships across enterprise brands and agencies with an accent on identity, data collaboration, and measurement solutions. Focus on navigating complex multi-party deal cycles and positioning outcome-based marketing strategies for senior stakeholders.

Location: Hybrid (2 days/week in-office in New York City or San Francisco)

Compensation: $235,000–$320,000 OTE (Base $117,500–$160,000 + variable incentive)

What you will do

  • Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across enterprise accounts.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of brand-direct and agency-driven opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with full-funnel marketing objectives.
  • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles involving marketing, media, and data stakeholders.
  • Engage senior leadership including CMOs, CDOs, and VPs to position media performance solutions.
  • Manage forecasting and account planning with high accuracy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in adtech, martech, or data platforms.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem, including activation and audience strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and close deals involving brands, agencies, and platform partners.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in New York City or San Francisco.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into retail media networks, DSPs, or walled gardens.
  • Familiarity with identity resolution, clean rooms, or cross-channel measurement.
  • Background working with major agency networks or holding companies.
  • Experience within the Retail & CPG sectors.
