Salary: $280,000 - $331,000 yearly

What you will do
- Own P&L and drive revenue growth through renewals, expansions, and new solution sales for strategic retailers.
- Develop and execute joint business plans aligned with retailer priorities and identify competitive displacement opportunities.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
- Lead and coach a high-performing sales team to foster accountability and a winning mindset.
- Position applied AI capabilities and consultative data solutions to create new value streams.
- Champion the adoption of modern sales tools and maintain rigorous pipeline forecasting.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales leadership, consulting, or commercial roles within Retail or CPG.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar portfolios and complex multi-stakeholder negotiations.
- Must be based in the US (Major hub preferred).
- Strong AI and data fluency with the ability to translate technical solutions into business impact.
- Exceptional executive presence and influencing skills.
- Experience with strategic retailers, specifically Amazon, is highly desirable.
