What you will do

• Lead systems engineering integration and test efforts across the full product lifecycle.
• Manage requirements, interface designs, and system compliance for complex strategic sensors and navigation systems.
• Coordinate and participate in requirements assessments, risk management, and strategic technical planning.
• Drive solutions to complex technical problems and provide design modifications based on analysis outcomes.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and lead small project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or mathematics (Master's preferred).
• 5-10 years of experience in systems engineering with a strong emphasis on requirements engineering.
• Proficiency with DOORS Classic and experience with DXL.
• Familiarity with model-based systems engineering (MBSE), SysML, and digital engineering tools.
• Strong understanding of INCOSE requirement standards and interface development.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cameo Magic Draw and Data Hub.
• Domain expertise in defense/aerospace systems, GN&C, or radiation-hardened design.
• Knowledge of avionics architectures, fault tolerance, or cybersecurity.
