• Build and strengthen relationships with senior leaders across North American Commercial Patient Support teams.

• Manage the technology portfolio and roadmap to align with business strategies and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in collaboration with the Program Quality Team.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships for the Patient Support Center of Excellence systems team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technology discipline or equivalent.
• Typically requires 15 years of experience as a leader in information technology.
• Expert understanding of Salesforce, cloud computing, DevOps, Agile, and cybersecurity.
• Significant experience in highly regulated industries and large-scale system implementations.
• Proven success in people management and building high-performing teams.
• Strong program and project management expertise.
