TL;DR
Performance and Talent Program Manager (HR/AI): Designing and executing end-to-end performance and talent programs to maintain high performance bars during rapid scaling with an accent on signal generation and talent intelligence. Focus on building durable review cycles, calibration frameworks, and manager enablement systems to inform critical talent decisions.
Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY). Staff are expected to be in the office at least 25% of the time.
Salary: $175,000 - $245,000 USD

What you will do
- Own end-to-end execution of cyclical performance programs including pulses, promotions, and biannual review cycles.
- Design systems to produce year-round performance signals to inform succession and critical talent identification.
- Partner cross-functionally with People Services, People Products, and People Analytics to optimize tooling and data insights.
- Iterate on program frameworks such as calibration, rating constructs, and promotion criteria.
- Lead program redesigns and change management, including stakeholder alignment and rollout communications.
- Develop and deliver enablement training to help managers run cycles confidently and consistently.
Requirements
- Strong program management skills and operational rigor for running complex multi-month cycles.
- Experience shaping performance tooling such as Workday, Lattice, or CultureAmp.
- Ability to build manager enablement that drives behavioral change in performance and talent conversations.
- Systems thinking approach, treating performance programs as signal-generating systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be based in or be able to work from the San Francisco or New York City offices.
Nice to have
- 7+ years of experience designing and owning performance management or talent review programs, preferably during rapid headcount growth.
