Salary: $162,200 – $225,200 USD / 170,300 – 212,800 CAD

What you will do

• Own the integrated program plan for credit and lending workstreams, including milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution between Engineering, Product, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, and Operations.
• Manage sequencing, resourcing tradeoffs, and escalations to ensure product and regulatory milestones are met.
• Maintain a single source of truth for status, risks, and decisions using a RAID log.
• Synthesize complex technical and operational information into recommendations for executive leadership.
• Eliminate operational inefficiencies through automation, process redesign, and AI tooling.

Requirements

• 10+ years of program or technical program management experience in high-growth or regulated environments.
• Direct experience in financial services, fintech, or credit infrastructure is required.
• Proven track record of owning large-scale programs with multiple concurrent workstreams and cross-functional accountability.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders through exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Technical fluency to challenge engineering decisions and identify technical risks early.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the lending tooling ecosystem, including loan origination, credit risk management, and lending management systems.
