Requirements

• MD with board certification in psychiatry required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 5 years in clinical development.
• At least 3-5 years of clinical practice experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of psychiatry drug development and GCP regulations.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Strong business acumen and strategic mindset.
