Salary: $93,000–$123,000 base; On-Target-Earnings $155,000–$205,000 (uncapped)

What you will do
- Collaborate with North America distributors to cultivate and manage a reseller network focused on the Eastern territory.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard prospective resellers aligned with target markets and commercial client needs.
- Enable new channel partners with training, resources, and ongoing support to drive marketing and sales.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market reach, penetration, and achieve partner recruitment/enablement/sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with distributor partners and key resellers; proactively manage opportunities through the sales process.
- Own channel performance reporting and analysis, participating in business reviews and addressing KPIs and measurable metrics.
Requirements
- Location: US, East Coast (remote role).
- Demonstrated channel sales experience in the software industry with strong partners and 2-tier distribution relationships.
- Understanding of the Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, and AI/ML market space and competitive landscape.
- Proven success recruiting, onboarding, and enabling new channel partners; strong distribution model knowledge.
- Experience working with North America business customs, regulatory environments, and market dynamics.
- Fluency in English; strong communication and presentation skills; proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce).
