What you will do
- Analyze EMEA market opportunities and recruit new bank partners across different markets in line with local development strategies.
- Develop and execute referral-partner strategy with key banks across EMEA aligned with ’s global business.
- Manage contractual relationships with bank partners and drive referral deals with internal and external field sales teams.
- Own partner onboarding and position with bank partner field sales, professional services, and global industry solution teams.
- Create joint messaging and sales enablement materials (e.g., collateral, customer presentations, white papers) tailored by vertical/region.
- Run joint demand creation activities (marketing campaigns, lead generation programs), establish weekly pipeline meetings and structured business reviews, and travel across EMEA for enablement.
Requirements
- Experience in partnerships, business development, or alliances in fintech, enterprise software, or banking.
- Proven success building and scaling referral/channel partnerships with tier-1 or tier-2 banks across multiple EMEA markets.
- Strong enterprise SaaS go-to-market background with experience working alongside direct sales teams in a co-sell or referral model.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong relationship-building skills to engage and influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
- Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and workstreams across a diverse regional landscape.
Nice to have
- Experience in treasury, payments, liquidity management, or financial risk solutions.
- Additional European languages: French and/or Italian.
