Salary: CDN $120k-$175k base salary plus performance incentives

What you will do

• Develop and expand executive relationships across North American credit unions and financial institutions.
• Identify and qualify digital transformation opportunities and manage a strategic pipeline.
• Lead consultative sales conversations with C-level executives, including CIOs, CTOs, and digital leaders.
• Build partnerships with digital banking platform providers, associations, and industry groups.
• Represent the company at conferences, executive events, and industry forums.
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape proposals and the overall go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• 7+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or digital transformation sales.
• Experience working within credit unions, banking, or fintech ecosystems.
• Proven ability to build executive relationships and close strategic opportunities.
• Strong understanding of digital banking and financial services transformation.
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with platforms such as Backbase, Mambu, Alkami, Apiture, or Fiserv.
• Experience with AI, automation, or innovation initiatives.
• Knowledge of core banking modernization and credit union consolidation initiatives.
