TL;DR

What you will do

  • Identify and recruit new technology partners to the hirify.global Ready program.
  • Develop and execute business cases and go-to-market strategies for joint solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and engineering teams to drive partner-led revenue.
  • Negotiate technology partner agreements in coordination with the legal department.
  • Advocate for partner integrations and capabilities across internal hirify.global departments.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and partner events.

Requirements

  • Must be able to lawfully work within the USA.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in technology alliances and co-selling relationships.
  • 5+ years of experience in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Deep understanding of HSMs, PKI, and key/certificate/secrets management.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time.

Nice to have

  • MBA degree.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Experience working across multiple disciplines in a global organization.
