What you will do

• Build and maintain productive relationships with client executives within assigned accounts.
• Lead the creation and execution of multi-year strategic account management plans.
• Manage a large sales pipeline and achieve gross margin targets.
• Collaborate with internal technical, services, and leadership teams to propose complex security solutions.
• Maintain accurate multi-quarter sales forecasts.
• Communicate hirify.global’s value proposition effectively to clients and technology partners.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in product or services-based sales, ideally within a technology company.
• Experience selling to the Public Sector, specifically Federal.
• Proven track record of building territory plans and exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to correlate business goals with cybersecurity risk.
• Experience selling complex hardware, software, and management consulting services.
• Effective negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
