What you will do

• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers while acting as an account support manager.
• Provide technical support for field service inquiries and supervise onsite machine installations.
• Manage field service projects, including scheduling, invoicing, and resolving technical or commercial issues.
• Lead, supervise, and train the field service team to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate parts availability and project documentation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials for equipment maintenance and repair.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Baltimore, MD
• Demonstrated successful experience in PLC, servo motor controls, and HMI controls.
• Comprehensive knowledge of installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of electromechanical machinery.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to supervise cross-functional teams.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and interpret complicated specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills for interacting with demanding internal and external personnel.
