What you will do
- Develop opportunities for the sales team from prospecting into high-target accounts and following up with marketing-generated leads.
- Interact with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls with a high attention to customization.
- Consistently achieve qualified meeting quotas to help meet quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Quickly learn hirify.global products, effectively communicate our value proposition, and react to objections.
- Research accounts, generate interest, and develop opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of target markets and stay up-to-date on industry news.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of SDR and lead development best practices and procedures.
- Proven ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced and flexible environment.

- Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligible to access export-controlled information without a required export authorization.

- Experience with Salesloft or Outreach.
