What you will do
- Provide timely, empathetic responses to inbound support requests from political and advocacy clients.
- Triage and resolve technical issues by collaborating with internal sales, product, and engineering teams.
- Assist new customers with platform onboarding and initial setup.
- Escalate complex or urgent issues according to established protocols.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and resolutions.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing skills training to stay updated on platform features.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States and eligible to work without sponsorship.
- At least 1 year of experience with compliance, fundraising, or email tools in political or nonprofit settings.
- Hands-on experience with NGP8, EveryAction, VAN, VoteBuilder, or similar political CRM tools.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Demonstrated interest in Democratic and progressive politics.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and follow detailed documentation.
