What you will do

  • Process tickets and find solutions to client inquiries.
  • Proactively call clients to resolve issues.
  • Match clients with suitable tutors based on their needs.
  • Collaborate with sales, billing, retention, and tutor support teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support or a desire to switch to IT.
  • Advanced English communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly.
