What you will do
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and service setup.
- Manage and regularly update client-specific portfolios in alignment with company standards.
- Provide professional customer support for inquiries during US time zones.
- Resolve client requests promptly via phone, email, and online portals.
- Liaise between clients and cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth communication.
- Convey patent-related information clearly to global departments and customers.
Requirements
- Professional diploma in Commerce, Administration, or equivalent experience in IP or Customer Service.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Must be based in Metro Manila for office-based work.
- Very good command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
