What you will do

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and service setup.
  • Manage and regularly update client-specific portfolios in alignment with company standards.
  • Provide professional customer support for inquiries during US time zones.
  • Resolve client requests promptly via phone, email, and online portals.
  • Liaise between clients and cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth communication.
  • Convey patent-related information clearly to global departments and customers.

Requirements

  • Professional diploma in Commerce, Administration, or equivalent experience in IP or Customer Service.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Ability to work night shifts.
  • Must be based in Metro Manila for office-based work.
  • Very good command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
