What you will do
- Handle inbound call center support (15–20 calls/day) to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Assist clients using knowledge and creative/design-related guidance to support onboarding and customer goals.
- Listen to customer needs, consult options, and recommend improvements to design/marketing strategy.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues affecting customers’ online presence.
- Collect and incorporate qualitative customer feedback.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to improve onboarding and support processes.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong conflict resolution, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and type 40 words per minute (WPM).
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Broad technology experience (preferred).
