Salary: $119,000–$179,000 (base salary only).

What you will do

• Architect FHIR-compliant data models aligned with implementation guides and internal standards.
• Design and operationalize strategies to harmonize disparate data streams from EHRs, HIEs, and claims.
• Act as the subject matter expert for clinical ontologies including SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10, and RxNorm.
• Establish validation frameworks to ensure clinical accuracy and longitudinal data integrity.
• Communicate complex data design requirements to engineering teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Professional certificate or Master’s degree in Clinical Informatics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical informatics or healthcare data integration.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Deep knowledge of interoperability standards including HL7 v2, FHIR, CDA/CCD-A, and OMOP.

• Hands-on experience with dbt and Jupyter Notebooks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
