What you will do

• Define and execute the strategy for enterprise-wide testing tools and quality engineering capabilities.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team focused on innovation, tool labs, and engineering enablement.
• Drive the adoption of AI-assisted testing and modern engineering practices across the organization.
• Partner with Platform Engineering, DevOps, and Architecture teams to modernize the testing toolchain.
• Establish success metrics and KPIs to measure engineering effectiveness, tool adoption, and quality outcomes.
• Lead technical transformation efforts to reduce fragmentation and standardize quality engineering practices at scale.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, quality engineering, or related technical disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams and developing engineering talent.
• Proven track record of scaling enterprise-level testing tools and quality solutions.
• Strong hands-on programming experience in Java, Python, or C#.
• Deep expertise in CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud-native environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and capable of influencing at the executive level.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries.
• Expertise in AI-assisted development and testing governance.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Xray, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience establishing innovation programs or engineering labs.
