What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks used across multiple engineering teams.
• Partner with product and development teams to define test strategies for distributed cloud systems.
• Provide technical leadership in test design, coding standards, and framework architecture.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to champion continuous testing practices.
• Mentor and coach SDETs and developers on modern test patterns and quality best practices.
• Explore and implement AI/ML technologies to enhance test efficiency, stability, and coverage.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Senior SDET, or Senior QA Automation Engineer.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Java.
• Deep expertise with test automation frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, or TestCafe.
• Proven experience testing REST APIs and microservices on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD workflows, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and comply with U.S. export controls.

Nice to have

• Experience with non-functional testing (performance, security, reliability, accessibility).
• Familiarity with data systems, ETL, or analytics platforms.
• Expertise in shift-left tooling such as ephemeral environments or scaled test runners.
