What you will do

• Perform batch operations according to established service agreements.
• Monitor and control intricate networks and applications in a multi-vendor environment.
• Analyze and resolve first-level technical issues across distributed systems.
• Route complex issues to appropriate teams for further investigation.
• Develop and refine support system management processes to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-level service delivery.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant working experience in IT operations.
• Proficiency with Windows or macOS operating systems.
• Experience with scheduling software, reporting, and logging.
• Strong customer-focused mindset and ability to work in an inclusive team environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong.

Nice to have

• Experience with troubleshooting and backup/recovery procedures.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts.
