What you will do

• Define and implement a comprehensive digitalization strategy aligned with the facility’s operational goals.
• Translate digital strategies into actionable roadmaps and monitor cross-functional execution.
• Identify and lead initiatives to digitalize manual or inefficient processes to enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Design and deliver structured digitalization training programs to build capabilities across all levels.
• Lead the facility’s digital community, organizing workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence through digital solutions.

Requirements

• University degree required.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite 5 days a week in Wujiang, China.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Knowledge of application development consulting and software integration engineering.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple, clear language for diverse audiences.
• Experience with configuration management and technical troubleshooting of hardware and software.
