What you will do

• Manage the full device lifecycle including procurement, provisioning, and maintenance.
• Provide hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting for local employees.
• Administer network infrastructure, including wireless and VPN management.
• Configure and manage SaaS tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, and JumpCloud.
• Support AV/VC platforms like Zoom for global collaboration.
• Develop automated scripts using Python or PowerShell to scale system administration tasks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in IT support.
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (Business Level).
• Strong experience with MacOS, Windows, MDM, and network management.
• Familiarity with developer tools like GitHub, GitLab, and Jenkins.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to support users at all organizational levels.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work well under pressure.
