Location: Hybrid (Sao Paulo, Brazil). Must be based in Sao Paulo and work onsite up to three days per week.

What you will do

• Act as a recognized technical expert for Premium Support customers across the hirify.global and Rancher portfolios.
• Lead the identification and resolution of highly complex technical issues and high-impact escalation situations.
• Own end-to-end resolution of support tickets and deliver comprehensive Service Reviews to key stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer management, suggesting best practices and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to influence product roadmaps based on customer feature requests.
• Mentor junior engineers and create high-quality technical documentation and presentations.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in hirify.global and/or Rancher technologies, with expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Deep understanding of Linux distributions and cloud-native ecosystems.
• Fluency in both English and Portuguese.
• Must be located in Sao Paulo, Brazil, for hybrid onsite work.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills for critical technical environments.
• Strong communication skills capable of translating complex technical info for executive audiences.
