IT Support Analyst

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end procurement and lifecycle management of laptops and peripherals for all Brazilian entities.
• Maintain an accurate asset register and conduct periodic physical audits of equipment.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics, including shipping and receiving hardware.
• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, connectivity, and basic software issues.
• Produce weekly IT operations dashboards for the CIO and local leadership.
• Act as the primary operational interface between the global IT team and local departments.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Caxias do Sul, Brazil.
• Hands-on experience with hardware support and basic troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of networking concepts like Wi-Fi and internet connectivity.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in asset tracking and inventory management.
• English proficiency: Basic to intermediate level required for global communication.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools.
