What you will do

• Manage selection, support, development, and operation of server and infrastructure environments based on KION standards.
• Install, operate, maintain, and document server systems on x86 hardware.
• Troubleshoot and analyze performance of servers and storage systems.
• Perform regular patching, monitoring, and implement automation processes.
• Coordinate maintenance work with internal teams and external vendors.
• Plan and execute projects related to server and storage infrastructure, including vendor coordination.
• Maintain and develop global backup solutions (Commvault / Veeam).

Requirements

• Location: Guadalupe, Mexico
• Experience with server and storage infrastructure from manufacturers like Dell, Lenovo, HPE.
• Strong knowledge of hypervisor technologies such as VMware and Nutanix.
• Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems (Redhat Linux, Ubuntu a plus).
• Knowledge of backup tools like Veeam and Commvault.
• Experience in global enterprise on-premises environments and technical documentation.
• Good multitasking, communication skills, and ability to work in a global team.
• English fluency required; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel.
