Supply Chain Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote from Metro Manila, Armenia, Georgia, or Serbia; applicants must currently be based outside Russia and Belarus

hirify.global is a technology-driven fintech company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end Supply Chain function, including procurement, storage, inventory management, and materials delivery to partner stores.
• Manage a team of four Supply Chain Specialists in the Philippines.
• Manage suppliers and logistics partners, review commercial terms, identify alternatives, and replace contractors when necessary.
• Control costs and plan material requirements for a growing offline network.
• Use metrics and data to identify recurring issues and make informed decisions.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience managing and developing operational processes in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Retail Operations, or a related field.
• Experience working with offline infrastructure at scale, such as stores, dark stores, pickup points, warehouses, or distributed location networks.
• Experience building and improving procurement, inventory, storage, or delivery processes.
• Experience working with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Strong English skills for daily communication with an English-speaking team.
• Currently based outside Russia and Belarus.

Nice to have

• Experience managing a small operations team or coordinating employees involved in daily operational processes.
• Strong analytical skills and experience building tracking systems with Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
