Logistics Manager (Operations)

Location: Must be based in Paris or Bordeaux, France (Hybrid: 3 days per week at the office mandatory)

What you will do

• Own and optimize a global carrier network spanning 15+ active partners worldwide.
• Drive carrier performance, lead annual commercial negotiations, and oversee service quality.
• Supervise day-to-day logistics operations to fuel the growth of seller-facing services.
• Track KPIs and identify initiatives to accelerate delivery promises and on-time delivery rates.
• Lead projects to introduce new delivery modes and innovative return solutions.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Logistics, partnership management, or customer service.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in data and analytics.
• Must be based in Paris or Bordeaux, France.
